Bridal Stylist – A Career of Meaningful Moments
Have you ever thought of a career as a Bridal Stylist? At Paris House of Bridal, this isn’t just a job—it’s a career where you’ll be guiding brides through one of the most special journeys of their lives. From the first conversation to the moment they take home their gown, you’ll provide expert care, personalized guidance, and heartfelt support every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:

Work one-on-one with brides, building trust and offering expert guidance to help them find their dream wedding gown.

Communicate consistently with clients, staying connected throughout their journey via messages and follow-ups.

Direct and guide brides through the gown selection process, ensuring every detail of their experience feels seamless and memorable.

Create a welcoming, intimate atmosphere in your designated viewing area and dressing rooms.

Support the boutique with tasks such as steaming gowns, assisting with back-office projects, and maintaining a polished showroom.
What We’re Looking For:

A career-driven individual with at least 1 year of retail or sales experience (bridal experience is a bonus but not required).

Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to create meaningful connections with clients.

A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend availability, with Saturdays being a must.

Social Media & Content Strategy

Develop and maintain a content calendar—must be able to manage a high volume of posts, plan in advance, and align content with business goals.

Have a strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and strategies for growth.

Create on-brand graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
-
Write compelling social media captions and content that reflect the Paris House of Bridal voice.
-
Develop storytelling strategies to highlight real brides, customer testimonials, and success stories.
-
Optional if local: Provide recommendations for photo/video shoots for bridal and prom campaigns.
Marketing Coordination & Communication
-
Serve as the primary contact for the external marketing agency, attending bimonthly meetings.
-
Manage daily communications and emails with internal teams and external partners.
-
Oversee website design and UX updates in collaboration with the agency.

Provide input on blog content and SEO strategies.
-
Support paid marketing efforts, including:
-
Social media ad campaigns (TikTok, Meta).
-
Google search ads (basic knowledge of targeting, keyword strategy, and content recommendations).

Email marketing campaigns.
Reputation Management & Customer Engagement

Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, The Knot, WeddingWire, Facebook, etc.) to maintain a strong brand presence.

Engage with followers on social media, answering DMs and comments to create a personalized customer experience.

Develop strategies to encourage customer referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.
Event Marketing & In-Store Promotions

Plan and promote trunk shows, bridal events, and seasonal sales to drive engagement and foot traffic.

Coordinate event logistics, including marketing materials, social media promotion, and post-event follow-ups.

Partner with local wedding vendors, venues, and influencers for cross-promotional opportunities.
Customer Experience & Strategy

Assess and enhance the overall customer journey across digital platforms and in-store.

Make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Track and analyze performance metrics:

Monthly organic social media reports with insights and suggested improvements.
-
Monthly paid ad reports with key takeaways and recommendations.
Enhance Digital Presence
-
Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile to enhance local search visibility.
-
Work with the marketing agency on landing page design, lead generation strategies, and seasonal website changes.
Time Commitment: 5-15 hours per week
