Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: It is strongly recommended that you make an appointment with a consultant for a one-on-one consutation that will also ensure a fitting room with no wait time. However, an appointment is not necessary and walk-ins are welcome but a wait time may be involved.
Fitting/ Pick-up Appointments however are absolutely necessary. We do not have sold garments accessable with out an appointment as they require advanced preparation.
Q: How much of a deposit is required?
A: A 50% deposit is required to place all orders. A layaway plan is also available.
A: Yes. A deposit is required to start a layaway and hold any sale pricing. A weekly or monthly schedule of payments will be made for you.
Q: What payment methods can I pay with? A: Cash, Check (Automatic Deposit),Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express* ( 3% charge )*
Q: Can I make a payment on line?
A: Yes. We offer PayPal for your convenience.
Q: How long will it take for my order to come in? A: Bridal Gowns take 4-6 months for delivery.
Bridesmaids Gowns take up to 16 weeks. Note: Bridesmaids gowns are placed as one order. The order can not be placed until all attendees have provided all requirments for the order.
Prom or Special Occasion inventory could be checked for immediate shipping if available, otherwise it could take up to 14 weeks.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: All sales are final. No deposit refunds or exchanges. Once an order is placed into production it can not be cancelled. Layaways can not be cancelled. However, exchanges are permited within certain parameters.
Q: Are alterations an extra charge? A: Yes. All alterations are an additional charge. There is a standard fee for the alteration of each type of gown. However, if less adjustments are required then the fee is reduced. Alterations are CASH ONLY. The garment and alteration fee must be paid in full before the alterations are started.
Q: Can I have alterations done to my own gown not purchased through you?
A: Yes. We accept alterations, however, there is a seperate pricing list.
Q: How do my out-of-town attendants order their gowns?
A: It seems like their are out of town attendants in every wedding party. We offer an "order on line" page that your attendents could print out and take with to get measured at a local tailor. Please direct them to the Web site and press the "order on-line" key for further instructions or call our customer service number 219-874-7786 for further solutions.
Q: Do you provide cleaning for bridal gowns?
A: Yes. Bridal gown cleaning takes about three weeks. The dress will be professionally cleaned and preserved for you. You will qualify for a discount if you purchase your bridal gown with us.
Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We have thousands of dresses from size 2 - 30.
